Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 C Instant Dry Milk
3 T melted margarine
pinch Salt
1/3 C boiling water
2/3 C sugar

Combine all ingredients in blender and process till smooth. This is the same as 14 oz can of Eagle brand milk.
